Zachary Kowalski is an associate attorney who specializes in domestic law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, property division and division of retirement benefits.
Zachary came to the firm after serving as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Crystal D. Mittelstaedt in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland.
Zachary earned his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law, where he was awarded the prestigious Beasley Scholarship. During law school, Zachary interned with the General Counsel for the School District of Philadelphia, as well as with the Honorable Althea M. Handy in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, Maryland and the Honorable Jane Richards Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Zachary also served as a student mediator in Temple’s child custody mediation clinic, where he assisted unrepresented individuals in resolving child custody disputes.
Zachary received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.
Zachary is admitted to practice law in the State of Maryland, and he is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
